What happens if I cancel my online billing or do not register for My Account?

If you cancel your online billing or do not register for My Account, you won’t receive the additional entry into the Power Draw each month. You’ll receive one entry for being a customer and additional entries for every year you’ve been a customer.

How do I know if I have won a credit from Power Draw?

If you are a winner you will be notified on your next bill, showing the credit amount. You’ll also receive an email or SMS (depending on the contact details we have on file for you).

What if I have multiple accounts?

You get one entry into the Power Draw per active residential account each month. For example, if you have two residential accounts, you will receive two entries.

Can I win more than once?

Yes! As long as you remain a customer with us, you’ll be automatically entered into the Power Draw each month.

What is Online Billing?

Online Billing is when you receive your bills via email.

You can register for Online Billing through My Account by selecting 'Email' as your preferred communication method: Sign in to My Account > My Details > Communication Preferences > set to 'Email' > Save.
